TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply to any tours booked with Wilderness Whispers, a Tour Operator based in Arusha, Tanzania. We are specialized in short excursions, extended safaris, tailor-made safaris and safari lodge bookings and much much more.

These Terms & Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Wilderness Whispers and yourself. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as by booking any tour with Wilderness Whispers you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Reservation Method

Now that you have decided on safari of your choice with us, fill obtainable the booking form and send it to us together with a deposit of 20%of the appropriate rate. On receiving of the signed booking form and deposit, we will, issue to accessibility, reserve the required facilities.

The booking is confirmed and received by us when we forward the approval invoice to you.

The deposit will be returned if the Firm cannot offer you a place. Please note that reservations cannot be made without a deposit. Final sum is due eight weeks earlier to the date of leaving. On receipt of payment, we will send vouchers, destination information, clothing lists, etc. Please confirm that you obtain this information before you leave on safari.

2. Change of Reservation

After the booking has been complete, should you wish to change to an earlier departure date, you may do so subject to obtain-ability by paying a transfer fee of US$25. Usual withdrawal fees apply if you wish to suspend your leaving and are subject to availability.

3.Change of Programs

The client is aware that the itineraries are malleable and will depend on local conditions. The Firm will not agree any claims of any nature including substantial damages as a result of any accommodation or other services, made or becoming unobtainable on tour. The client hereby reimburses and holds the Company harmless in respect of any such due.

The Business reserves the right to cancel any tours deprived of prior notification, in such events, all fund paid will be refunded in full which shall start the full extent of the Firm obligation to the customer and persons under his ability.

4.Repayments

The Firm uses its best effort to ensure that all predicted accommodation is available as planned. There shall be no claim of any nature whatever against the Firm for a repay moreover in full or part, if any accommodation or daytrip is unavailable and a sensible substitute is not available. When the client is unable to use any service provided in the itinerary, there are no refunds due. The Firm will not entertain objections due to Loss of Satisfaction where the full land schedules have been delivered.

5.Cancellations and Refunds

Any cancellation of a reservation must be in writing, either by e-mail or fax, and shall only be effective upon its receipt and acknowledgment.

The following cancellation fees will be made for cancellations:

  • More than 45 days prior to trip commencement 30% of tour price.
  • 45 to 30 days prior to trip commencement 50% of tour price.
  • 30 days prior to trip commencement or no show 100% of the total tour price

6. No refunds are given for the following

  1. Lost travel time or substitution of facilities itineraries amended after departure presence of circumstances beyond company’s control which requires alternative arrangements be made to ensure the safety or further participation and enjoyment of your tour.
  2. Lack of your appearance for any accommodation, service, activity, or tour segment without prior notice (see above)Premature contract termination

7. Amendments

Travel and Documents

Visitor accepts that it is his obligation to safeguard that he/she is in possession of the essential valid travel documents, passport, visas, vaccination certificates, etc.

The Firm will endeavor to help the passenger in this regard, such help should be at the Business’s only preference, the client admits that in so doing, the Business is not assuming any responsibility or liability, and that however the responsibility to ensure that the above-mentioned documentation is in order and complies with such official and other requirements to enable the client to enjoy the welfare of the tour, residues the clients. The Visitor admits that the Firm will not be held accountable to a repayment of the tour fare or recompense, should the client be rejected entry into a country for any purpose

COVID-19

Any justifying conditions that would require a method beyond the terms and conditions cited here, we will evaluation any such occurrence, on a case by case basis and pursue to create the most malleable and considerate approach conceivable.
